Who are you?
We have been located in Tucson Arizona since 2013. We are a small local boutique that is family owned. We pride ourselves on the special relationships and trust we have developed with our customers over the years. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we decided to build our new online store to make us easily accessible and so we can continue to provide you with your skin care needs! We are always available for any questions or concerns that any customer may have.
What are your current store hours?
Currently we are only open Mondays and Fridays from 11:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M. due to COVID-19. However, you can reach us 7 days a week at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I'm confused on how to use my new skin care products! Where can I find guidance?
We are more than happy to provide you with thorough instructions on your new skin care products! Please call us at 520-299-1938 or email us at email@example.com. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
How do I know what products would work best for my skin type and skin care concerns?
We are happy to speak to you over the phone or in person about what would give you the best results according to your skin type and skin concerns. Give us a call at 520-299-1938 or feel free to stop by our store during hours of operation for a complimentary skin care consultation.
Are your products good for men too?
Of course! Skin is skin. However, we do have a men's line if you want a more masculine scent as well as packaging
Are your products fragrance free?
Our products for the eyes are fragrance free. The rest of the line has a very light scent. If you are concerned about fragrance you can call us and we can tell you which products have no fragrance.
What's your return policy?
Le Visage Swiss Heritage offers full refunds on unopened products within 14 days. If your product is opened, we can exchange it for another product of equal value. Please contact us at 520-299-1938 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin a refund or exchange. For refunds, customer is responsible for shipping costs. For exchanges we will provide you with a shipping label. Please Note - We will refund or exchange only products that have been purchased directly through our website- levisage-usa.com or at our in-store location in Tucson, AZ.
What are your shipping & handling costs?
-Free shipping on all purchases over $50 in the U.S.
-Free shipping on all purchases over $75 to Canada.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
